A warrant has been issued for Glen’s arrest for cyberstalking. His arrest is imminent. More charges are likely to follow. If he has any brains at all then he would turn himself in to avoid getting arrested in front of all his coworkers and subsequently losing his job.

Online outbursts and other shenanigans

Ok, so Glen and Kelly (Amber) keep posting their blatant denials of Glen behavior online.

Below, Kelly posts a link to a law that she thinks is being violated by people reposting Glen’s chatlogs that he had with a 14 year old decoy.

The part highlighted is about sending obscene material. So she agrees that what Glen was sending was obscene enough that it should not be displayed on the internet, but it is not obscene enough to question why he would send such messages to what he thought was a 14 year old girl.

Later on, one of them sends me a message saying that I have to remove the video off my website because of a court order.

The following is the court order that they are referring to.

The court order in fact does not mention anything demanding videos be taken down or anything restricting a citizen’s free speech. All that the order covers is files that law enforcement and the court has, and those are to be sealed.

They seem to think that Glen was found innocent. He was not ever deemed innocent, he was found not guilty. Huge difference. His charges were dismissed, without prejudice, by the court because the evidence presented to the court was determined to not have been lawfully obtained as the state of West Virginia does not typically accept chat messages from civilian sting operation as being valid evidence because of chain of custody or other bullshit.

What this means is that the court left open the option for charges to be brought again if the proper evidence gets presented. The court knew that this man fucked up, but found that the evidence from CPPWV would not hold up against to scrutiny by the defense team with the current existing laws in place.

Glen came out to meet with a 14 year old girl after sending many sexually charged messages. This is an undeniable fact.

Glen and Co have made similar demands of other people.

Their friend even tries to tell them to just ignore it and it will eventually go away, but they can’t seem to understand this concept.

“We HaVe BeTtEr ThInGs To Do ThAn DeAl WiTh YoUr StUpId ChIlDiSh BeHaViOr”, all while writing a full paragraph to actually deal with the childish behavior.

They don’t know the difference between jealousy and envy. Envy is when you want what someone else has. Jealousy is when you are afraid that someone is going to take away what you think is yours.
I can promise you that not a single person is envious of your predator husband. And the only thing that any of us are afraid that you may take away from us is our cheeseburgers.

Someone can not claim harassment when they are seeking out to contact other people. Whatever I post on my website is covered under the first amendment as freedom of speech and freedom of the press. I am not forcing anyone to have to look at this web page or the video that I posted. These people are seeking this out on their own. I never went out of my way to contact them, only respond to their false claim and then I blocked them. I am trying to avoid these two. I don’t even want them visiting my website.
Let me put it this way. Lets say I have a diary. I am allowed to write whatever I want in that diary about whoever I want. I am allowed to show that diary to whoever I want. No one has a right to demand to read that diary, and they have no further claim of harassment if they see what is written in that diary. What I write on this website is my own personal property. They have to access my physical server, a computer that I have in my home, to be able to see this post, and I do not authorize them to access my computer.
